What are processing times like?
*Most* of our items are ready to ship. If something is on preorder, this will be stated in the item description and give you a timing estimate
What if I placed an order by accident?
Send us a message right away and we will do everything we can to make it right for you
How long are shipping times?
We typically ship by USPS. We do not control their shipping times, however priority shipping is a little more reliable and usually 1-3 business days. You can upgrade this upon checkout.
Can I get my order by a certain date?
Send us a message! We get that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need an order rushed. Please send us a personal message, (we don't always see notes on orders).
